About Daniel Juarez MD PA
Dr. Daniel Juarez was born in San Antonio, Texas. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Texas Lutheran University, where he served on the board of regents for 24 years. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed his internship/residency in internal medicine at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He is certified by The American Board of Internal Medicine, has been in private practice for over 40 years and is clinical assistant professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) and at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) at Galveston.

About Abby Laitan, FNP-BC
Abby joined Daniel Juarez, M.D., P.A. in December 2020. She works alongside Dr. Juarez, providing excellent care for sick and well visits. Abby was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. In 2015, she graduated with her Associate of Science in Nursing from Palo Alto College, and in 2016, she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner at Daniel Juarez M.D., P.A., Abby worked as a Level 3 Registered Nurse at the Methodist Metropolitan Hospital in San Antonio TX.

About Jennifer Salinas, FNP-C
Jennifer Salinas was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and has over twenty years of clinical and managerial experience in nursing. She graduated as a licensed vocational nurse in 2002, and her work experience includes long-term care, skilled nursing, and Alzheimer's care. Jennifer graduated from San Antonio College in 2015 with an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse at the Metropolitan Methodist Hospital Progressive Care Unit for over five years. Within those five years, she would graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2020 with her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. Jennifer joined Dr. Daniel Juarez in March 2021 and believes that providing "quality, evidence-based care to the underserved members of our community is imperative!
Jennifer is also a conversational Spanish speaker.
